1. On the tiles, are the photographs glued on?
No, the photographs are not glued on to the tiles. The images can not peel off.
2. How can I tell if an image will be suitable for a tile?
Not all images will work on tiles. I will assist you to determine if the image you choose will be "visible" once it is made into a tile. If your image has an overall dark look with little contrast it probably is not a good candidate for a tile. The best thing to do is crop your image to the size tile you want and print it. If it's dark, it will be dark on your tile.

Neither one of these images are suitable for photo tiles. In the first the subjects faces are too far away. In the second image there is no separation between subject and background, and the image is underexposed.
3. Can I have different pictures on a tile?
This depends on the style you order. All tiles in the Tile Pendants Only section are double sided and you may choose to have either the same picture or different pictures on your tile. If the tile is from the Tiles in Silver section the tile can only be one sided.
4. What size file should I send?
A minimum file size of 5 X 7 @ 300 dpi is required for most images. If you have a file that does not meet these requirements e-mail me and I will let you know if it will work.
5. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
From the time I receive your images, it will take approximately two weeks to receive your order. Orders to Canada and Hawaii may take longer.
6. Can you custom size my necklace?
I can custom size all necklace styles except the the Sterling Silver Neckwire.
7. Can you change my image to black and white?
Yes.
8. Can you send me a proof?
Yes.
